Bound Report is Back in Time for the New Year

After a couple of months off, I have the site back up. I didn't get as much done during my break from the site as I had hoped, but I still have some ideas for this revival of the site. For one of those, if anyone can make a ness-based pirate image, it would help. Other than that, it'll be mostly me or fan submissions if I get any this time around. I'll try to get at least one update a month in but I'll probably get more than that done. So I hope that once things get going, you enjoy the site more than ever.
